Ephram Richeson has been missing since October 22, 2007 from Saint David, Arizona. Ephram was born on March 3,, 2005 and was 2 years old at the time of his disappearance. Ephram was abducted by his non-custodial father, Jonathan Richeson. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Jonathan on March 3, 2008. It is believed that they may travel to Mexico, Ecuador or other locations in Central or South America. Both Ephram and Jonathan are bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Ephram has a scar above his left eye.

Emily Saurez has been missing since October 25, 2007 from New York, New York. Emily was born on August 30, 2006 and was 1 year old at the time of her disappearance. Emily is believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial mother. They are believed to be in Canada. Emily’s father has applied for her return to the United States under the international civil treaty: The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. MARK DEGNER and BRYAN HAYES – Disappeared February 10, 2005 – UPDATED 11/07/2009
Mark Degner and his friend, Bryan Hayes, went missing on February 10, 2005 after leaving the Paxon Middle school where they were students in Jacksonville, Florida. It was reported to police that the two had plans to runaway. The mother of another student at the school notified a local news network, that notified the police department. The two boys were classified as missing and considered in danger, as the details were not clear if they had runaway or had been lead away. The boys were also considered “in danger” as they both required medication. Mark and Bryan are both developmentally delayed with the emotional development of an 8 to 10 year old child at the time of their disappearance. Both boys suffer from bipolar disorder and require medication. Mark also requires daily medication for kidney problems and high blood pressure. Neither of the boys had any of their medication on them at the time of their disappearance. The boys were 12 and 13 when they were reported missing, and now would be nearly 16 and 17. It was thought the boys were headed to Port Orange (a town in Central Florida), where Bryan’s grandmother lived. However, after countless sightings the boys had not been seen. Around 90 sex offenders in the local area had been questioned by law enforcement, but no suspects have been named. The mother of one boy believes that someone must be helping them. She claims that neither boy would have been old enough or mature enough to know how to survive alone for this long. She can only hope that this person(s) whomever they may be is taking good care of the boys, and not causing them harm. The boys were featured on America’s Most Wanted, and the Montel Williams show. I personally met with the grandmother, grandfather, and mother of the boys, at the grandmothers home in Port Orange (myself and a friend were contacted to do a piece for the Montel Show). We sat and looked at photo albums, and pictures of the boys. As they remembered the day they learned the boys were missing, you could feel the pain they each felt. We walked down the street, where the families had put up missing posters on just about every pole or tree they could find. Neighbors, were only too happy to assist the family in their effort. Preston Degner, Mark’s father, spent 20 hours a day searching for the boys in the first weeks when the boys went missing but was unable to find any answers. Rewards, in the case have grown from $1000 to $5000 for information on the two. There has also been a $10,000 reward issued by the Justice Coalition for anyone that has information concerning the disappearance of Mark and Bryan. It’s now been over three years sense the boys had been reported as missing. Tips although slow, are still coming into the tip line in regards to the missing teens. Mark and Bryan were last seen in Holly Hills, Florida in April 2005. This sighting was confirmed by the police, but a search of Holly Hills after the sighting turned up no sign of either of the boys. However, to this day neither boy has been seen or heard from since. Please take a look at a flier that has been created and passed around from the group project Jason for Mark and Bryan.

Denzel, Neimy and Oscar Izaguirre have been missing since June 13, 2008 from San Francisco, California. Denzel was born on May 28, 2005 and was 3 years old at the time of his abduction. Neimy was born on November 19, 2001 and was 6 years old at the time of her abduction. Oscar was born on February 2, 2000 and was 8 years old at the time of his abduction. The children were abducted by their father, Oscar Ivan Izaguirre Sr. He was born on December 30, 1975, has black hair, brown eyes, is 5′5” tall and weighs 160 pounds. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for the abductor on July 18, 2008. It is believed that they may have traveled out of state.

Caleb Doyle has been missing since January 9, 2008 from Abbeville, South Carolina. Caleb was born on November 29, 2006 and was 1 year old at the time of his disappearance. Caleb is believed to have been abducted by his non-custodial mother Kristen Renae Molen and her girlfriend Jennifer Doyle. Information regarding the abductors is below. The trio has been known to have been in Texas, Louisiana and Missouri, but their current where abouts remain unknown. Caleb’s father, Heath Burton, continues to have FULL custody of Caleb.

TAMMY AND DIEGO FLORES – Abducted June 13, 2008 – UPDATED 11/07/2009
Tammy and Diego Flores have been missing since October 23, 2007 from Victorville, California. Tammy was born on March 30, 2004 and was 3 years old at the time of her disappearance. Diego was born on July 28, 2005 and was 2 years old at the time of his disappearance. Tammy and Diego were abducted by their non-custodial father, Francisco Flores. On October 21, 2007, Griselda, Tammy and Diego’s mother, dropped her children off at the Ontario Police Department in Florida for a scheduled 1 week visitation with their father. Griselda, knowing Francisco’s violent and unpredictable temperment phoned the children daily to check on their well being. On October 23, 2007, she lost contact with her children and ex husband and has since to hear from any of them. Griselda distraught and fearing for her children’s well being was forced to sit it out and wait until Sunday October 28, 2007 to file an official police report, the date her children were due to be returned. After filing the report, police officials informed Griselda that they could do nothing until she had received full custody for the children. Griselda wasted no time and on October 31, 2007 – she was granted full legal and physical custody of Tammy and Diego. She again returned to the Ontario Police Department and filed another official report for kidnapping and abduction against Francisco. During the local investigation, investigators collected information detailing how Francisco had refinanced his house, quit his job, sold his car, and liquidated and withdrew all of his savings within the week before his planned visitation, thus confirming he had planned the abduction well in advance.
A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for the abductor on January 18, 2008. At this time the FBI was called in to investigate the abduction of the Flores children. The FBI appallingly took very little interest or action in this case to recover these children. Griselda was told by an FBI agent that in Mexico, parental abduction was NOT considered a crime, therefor the Mexican Government was protecting the abductor as a Mexican citizen, which rendered the FBI useless in the search, recovery and closure of the case. Griselda – full of fight and fear refused to accept this as the end of the road, she herself contacted the Mexican Authorities and the Mexican Justice Department requesting they file parental abduction charges against Francisco – which IS IN FACT, a crime in Mexico.
Griselda, Tammy and Diego were essentially shuffled to the bottom of the pile in this case by the FBI as the case was deamed closed. The FBI closed this case stating the children were in Mexico, when in fact there is NO evidence to date to support that they have even ever left America. In my personal opinion, Griselda was refused her right as an American citizen to have her children protected and the law enforced by the FBI when they handled the investigation with little regard and effort and prematurely closed the case file with NO evidence.
It is time to fight next to Griselda and to continue to show her our support. We will not allow the abductor, her ex husband whom emotionally, psychologically and physically battered her for many, many years to walk away with these children as he seems to think he can do. Let’s not forget these two beautiful children, and let’ bring them home to their loving mother – enough time has passed.
Francisco and the children may still be in the local area, or they may travel to Oregon or to Mexico. Francisco Flores has a mole on each cheek and one under his nose. He was born on April 23, 1974, has black hair, brown eyes, is 6′0” tall and weighs 210 pounds.
