Emily Saurez has been missing since October 25, 2007 from New York, New York. Emily was born on August 30, 2006 and was 1 year old at the time of her disappearance. Emily is believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial mother. They are believed to be in Canada. Emily’s father has applied for her return to the United States under the international civil treaty: The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
