I would just like to point out that Josh Duckett still looking for Trenton seems unlikely especially as the website link above hasn’t been updated since Trenton was 4 years old so at least 4 years since any updates????? Doesn’t seem like he is trying very hard to find his son. I am also of the opinion if Melinda had hurt Trenton she would most likely have taken her own life at that time rather than weeks later, especially when she knew that the local police were obviously biased in favour of Josh Ducket and his mother! just my opinion but if you check out this website it has a lot of evidence showing just how Josh Duckett and Carla Masserro managed to get their way. http://www.duckett.bucket.blogspot.com

The NCMEC remove cases from their database when the children are located, or if the abduction turns out to not being an abduction after investigating into the case more. If for any reason law enforcement finds that a child was falsely reported missing (sometimes a miscommunication that is absolutely harmless), they will inform NCMEC who then removes the child from their system. As far as a recovery, there is often a ‘waiting’ period so to speak after a child has been located. Authorities and professionals need time to evaluate the children, without any influence, to determine exactly how they were living and their current needs – do they need any medical treatment, counseling, drug rehab, etc. Also, during the evaluation time the professionals and authorities should be able to determine if any additional charges should be filed against the abductor(s) or anyone else. A final determination of custody will be made (vast majority enforces orders made after the abduction), and the children will then be returned to their rightful home. During this time the case will be removed from the NCMEC site and be listed as restricted. After a little time has passed and the steps have been taken, they will then release a statement confirming the child(ren) have been recovered.
Also, there are times when a child’s case will remain posted on missing child sites after the case has been removed, as the administrators have simply not updated their information as of yet. I completely understand what you are saying though, there are plenty of times where I search for hours for more information on a child’s case, and come up empty handed. It can be frustrating and confusing. Keep with it though, eventually we will receive notice of the status of the case and any new information, and you will see sites begin to update the child’s case to reflect this new information.

What scares and outrages me the most … when this monster gets out of jail, she will have the opporunity to bring another child into this world, and who knows how long that child will suffer for before they die at her hands. I used to think sterilization of child abusers maybe was a little too far, now, I don’t think it’s nearly far enough. These monsters do not deserve the honor of giving life to a beautiful innocent child, just to rip that life away in the most horrific way they could think of. Enough is enough, it’s time for us to require our judicial system to truly bring justice for these innocent babies that die at the hands of those they entrusted to protect them. The time for excuses have come to an end.

Neither Yamile nor Viridiana are on NCMEC any longer, yet everything I find about them shows that they’re still missing. What’s up with that and why does NCMEC do this at times when the kids are still missing?? Thanks

Have you contacted the NCMEC? I can’t change the pictures until is been verified that the pictures were false. Until then, we will continue to use the photos they have provided with. I hope you can get this resolved quickly, lord knows how hard and shocking it would be if they are in fact disseminaty the wrong photos. Please keep me updated!!
