Mateo was allegedly abducted by his mother, Maria Suro Azcarrage.  A felony warrant was issued for Maria on February 14, 2011.  They are believed to have left the country and travelled to Mexico.

  1. What a handsome boy! So glad he is home safe. I hope and pray that
    the other beautiful children still missing be safely returned to their families as well. There is just to many on the missing children’s website. hopefully one day the will be as lucky as Mateo.
