Noah was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Jaime Sicoli.  On March 23, 2012, police in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, received a tip that a missing child from Florida was living in the city.  Police acted quickly, setting up surveillance, and shortly after doing so located Jaime Sicoli, who had abducted her son Noah James Elsesser.  Authorities approached Sicoli while she was at a local business and informed her of the information they had regarding the abduction.  Sicoli was accompanied back to her home by officers where they found Noah.  Police say Noah was in great health and had been taken very well care of.  The then transported Sicoli and Noah back to the station.  Authorities contacted Hertford County DSS, and Noah was placed in their care.  They then called the Tarpon Springs police to inform them of the situation and having Noah in custody.  Noah’s father immediately headed out to Murfreesboro to be reunited with his son and bring him home to Florida.

    • First off, I am glad your son is home with you, and I am sorry that it took so long.
I have only printed the facts released in the media. Thank you for sharing your side of the story. In missing child cases, advocates such as myself work with the facts released by law enforcement. Unfortunately, we do not always have full contact with the left behind parent, and therefore there are always some details left out. Your son is on my site because the NCMEC released a poster asking everyone to circulate his information, and we do not require your permission to circulate the information. My goal with all missing children, including Noah, is simply to raise awareness of their situation and educate the public about the case. We aim to provide our followers with the right information which could lead to tips and leads in a case. If you would like, you can contact me privately at and we can speak more directly. Thanks!
